We Are Accepted in Christ

Part of talking about acceptance is talking about rejection.  Too many people are afraid that they are rejected by God. I met someone who thought they couldn’t be forgiven because of the kind of sin they had committed.

Perhaps you have some sin that feels like it can’t be forgiven. It might be something from your past life before the New Birth. But whatever your condition before or since your New Birth, now you are accepted in Christ!

Christ purchased blessings for us in the Finished Work.  By the Finished Work we refer to Christs’ suffering, His Crucifixion, Death, Burial, and seating at the right hand of the Father.  Through this sacrifice as our substitute we have the New Birth and justification.
